THERESA ADLAMVictim Services Program Specialist with the Division of Victim Services and Criminal Justice Programs in the Florida Office of the Attorney General, will give a Straight Talk on "Enhancing Victim Assistance Through Victim Compensation."

Innocent victims incur financial hardships as the result of criminal acts.  Using offender fines, fees and restitution, the Bureau of Victim Compensation administers the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund for the purpose of providing payments for qualified compensable expenses. Find out how the Crimes Compensation Trust fund can assist families with funeral costs.
