We hope that you leave with skills to help you self-regulate the compassion fatigue and quite possibly the trauma of dealing with COVID-19 as well as the over-arching stress of being committed to caring for the community at all hours of the day throughout the year. Taking time for yourself and giving yourself grace take practice, and we are here to give you the tools to be your best authentic self, so that you can better serve your families.
