Jim Luff

Jim spent more than 25 years in the limousine industry was the CEO of Central California’s largest private passenger transportation company – where customer service was paramount. Jim contracted and worked alongside more than 10 funeral homes to provide family transportation. At the time of his retirement from Limousine Scene in 2015 the company operated 38 vehicles and employed 71 people. He now serves as a Relationship Manager for Flute, a prominent merchant services supplier for the industry. Jim is an expert in Merchant Services for death care providers and works to blend the newest payment technology with funeral home operations. He was the California Funeral Directors Association’s Supplier of the Year for 2025 and serves on several committees including legislative, convention planning and communications. He is a frequent contributor to American Funeral Director Magazine as well as Funeral & Cremation Solutions.
