Florida State College Student Seeking Funeral Director Apprenticeship to Internship

Position Wanted: Apprenticeship to Internship for Funeral Director

Skills & Experience: I'm currently enrolled in the professional phase of school at Florida State College at Jacksonville. I have a 3.875 GPA and have made the president's list. I've been working at a funeral home for a year now, starting as an attendant before moving into the role of Administrator in January of 2025.

I'm an older student, changing careers last year at the age of 40. Prior to then, I was in insurance for 22 years where I built a solid career. My heart was not in it- I needed to help people. I have found my calling and am thankful each day I get to make a difference in other people's lives.
